Scope: representative program drawing on Midland and Penetang partner organizations. Cover says March 7, 2026 but version line says “V (Mar 7 2025”. Preserve this discrepancy. Separate official-linked change packet records March 12, 2026 electronic vote approving listed changes, 7–2. This does not resolve the consolidated version line or blanket bylaw adoption. See the separately listed Operating-rules changes and recorded electronic vote.

Find a section (6)

Cover retains PROPOSED CHANGES but records motion to approve the changes, 7 in favour and 2 against on March 12, 2026. This supports approval of these listed changes, not enactment of the separate general bylaw or a certification of every provision in the consolidated rules. Old and new wording coexist. PDF p. 9 shows April 15 May 31 together without an unambiguous deletion, while March 1 is visibly struck and replaced by season end or March 30 (later). PDF p. 50 shows top five three together; preserve the redline rather than silently resolving every edit. New-section headings on p. 2 do not supply their full policy text.

About the Governance Library

A public reference library for hockey association documents. The library covers 135 Ontario association and program profiles across 2 governing bodies: 131 OMHA, 4 HEO. Parent associations and separately researched programs have their own profiles.

  • Every listing links to an official publisher source.
  • Topics and section links help you find information inside longer documents.
  • Document dates and source-check dates are shown separately.
  • Financial reports and audited statements are labelled separately.
  • Coverage describes selected sources, not an association’s performance or a complete policy inventory.

Sources checked Oct 1, 2026 – Oct 6, 2026. Each listing retains its own source-check date. Older seasons and uncertain adoption dates are labelled. For current requirements, consult the association.

To suggest a correction, email mike@huddlebooks.ca with the association name, official source URL and a description of the change. Corrections are checked against the source before updating the listing.
